A remake of 2011 French comedy-drama film directed by Olivier Nakache & Éric Toledano.
According to Deadline Hollywood, this is a fresh take on the original about the friendship between a wealthy quadriplegic and a welfare scammer that became the second biggest box office hit in France. It was nominated for eight César Awards, earning Omar Sy the César Award for Best Actor.
It is due to start filming in January.
