Here’s a very easy, spicy rub for your pork chops. I use this combination more than anything else.

Ingredients:

2 pork chops (easy to adjust for more)

1 tsp salt (I’ve been using the pink Himalayan sort)
1/2 tsp black pepper + garlic powder + onion powder + smoked paprika
1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
Olive oil

Mix up the seasonings in a small dish. Brush the chops lightly with olive oil on one side and sprinkle an even coating on the chops. Turn them over and do the same to the other side.

I usually put them on a foil-lined sheet and roast them at 400 F for about 18 minutes or until the internal temperature is at about 140.
You could also grill these on your hibachi or grill.

If you try this, please let me know in the comments.
