Ezra Miller, who will play The Flash in the Justice League movie, and who has a brief cameo in Suicide Squad, had some thoughts.
Responding to the generally negative reviews he responded, “You needn’t look any further than the Suicide Squad director and cast response to the negative reviews to feel how negative critiques motivate us,” Miller said, noting they “can’t base anything on” the critical reception.
Really? I kind of think you can. And probably should. Take those reviews to heart, cuddle them and pet them and talk to them so you understand what’s going wrong. The DC Universe is a mess right now; Marvel is doing to it what the Hulk did to Loki. You and your crew had better base everything you do going forward on that criticism.
Just sayin’.
