Because the Avengers have wreaked so much havoc saving the world, they are forced to choose between being put on a short leash or to continue unsupervised. This causes a bit of a squabble amongst them.

This is the best movie I have seen all year and certainly the best Marvel movie yet, IMO. For once, a studio understands the characters and pushes them to their emotional extremes. Seamless special effects supported by a rousing score that keeps the tension going, but doesn’t forget to lighten it up enough that the tone doesn’t turn dour.

I highly recommend this one, but not the 3-D which didn’t do much for me. There are  mid and post credit scenes that are worth waiting for.
