A woman is forcibly recruited as a carrier and has drugs sewn into her abdomen. When they start leaking, they cause her mind to start expanding.

This movie is beautifully shot and directed with some mind-blowing scenes and some good action sequences.

Unfortunately, it is dumb beyond comprehension of dumbness. Starting with an old (and wrong) notion about people only using 10% of their brain and proceeding to unrelentingly spout pseudoscientific prattle that will make your rational mind gag. The characters were cookie-cutter stereotypes; not one real interesting player in the lot.

Save your buck$ for something interesting, like watching paint dry. If you decide to go anyway, there are no post credit scenes.

Flytrap rating: 4/10
