Ten years in the future, the Sentinels have devastated the human race in their quest to kill mutants. Professor X, Magneto and Wolverine devise a plot to change the past in order to save the future.

I thought this was by far the best X-Men movie and one of the best superhero movies yet. Every performance is strong, the effects are flawless, the score was strapping. The real standout, to me, was Jennifer Lawrence as Raven/Mystique as she fights to understand her true self. And let me not forget Evan Peters as Quicksilver — I hope to see more of this character.

DC, are you paying attention? THIS is how it’s done!

I highly recommend this one. I did not see it in 3D, so I cannot comment on how effective it was. It is a Marvel movie, so of course there is a post-credits scene.
