Swedish(!) ‘nerds’ petition to get definition changed in dictionary

The official dictionary of the Swedish Academy, the Svenska Akademiens Ordlista (SAOL), defines a nerd as a ‘simple-minded and laughable person’

That definition comes from further back than 2005. I thought Sweden was more progressive?
