So this girl finds a nerdy bunch of tight-mouthed researchers who want her to sleep while they watch her. What could go wrong? Just about everything or there wouldn’t be a movie.

This thing goes from weird to worse, over and under and then back again. This is a perfect example of someone attempting to hammer style over plot and, for me, this just didn’t work. There is a nod to Philip K Dick early on, but any attempt to channel his questions on what-is-reality really fall flat here. Add to that an ending that feels like they suddenly thought it up instead of earning it doesn’t help.

The good parts: Julia Sarah Stone was brilliant and the only reason this got any stars at all.

I was sorry I watched this and I predict you will be too. There are no post credit scenes. If you wake up when they’re running, you can end it there.
