After five-odd years in prison, Debbie Ocean makes parole and immediately conspires with a bevy of babes to steal a valuable necklace.
This movie is gorgeous and sexy and entirely dull. Most of the stars play so laid back and deadpan that I didn’t feel any empathy with them. Hathaway and Awkwafina were the bright points, but everyone else seemed to phone it in. The plot was just matter-of-factly set up, with few complications and nothing all that interesting going on. I nearly fell asleep.
I can’t recommend this one. There are no post-credit scenes, so steal on out when they roll.
